稽古納め

今日は今年度前期の稽古納めを行いました。

Today was the last Keiko day of 1st semester.

稽古納めでは、通常の稽古を一時間ほどした後に、一回生を二回生・三回生が投げる回し投げを行います。一回生は入部順に（一人５０回ほど）先輩方に技をかけられ、受け身をとっていきます。

現役部員以外では、OBの姫野先輩、野元先輩にも投げていただきました。息を切らしながら受け身をする中、仕手も受け手も前期で学んだことを踏まえて行っていきます。

一回生が受け身を教わり始めたころよりもかなり上達していたように思います。

In the day, we did usual practice and, after that, freshmans and sophomores practiced Ukemi again and again repetitively.

They improved their skill better than they did when they joined our club.

来週からは試験期間に入るため、稽古はしばらくお休みです。

正面試験が終わりやっとひと段落したところではありますが、８月の夏合宿に向けて、一回生は「杖の型」の自主練を頑張ってほしいところですね。

From next week, Keiko has been closed for a while in order to the examination period.
Though we've just done Shomen Techniques Test, freshmans will do self-training hard for Summer Camp.
